Instructor Bio
Andrea Rigler has been tossing plastic since 2005 – starting in ultimate frisbee before falling in love with disc dogging and disc golf. She continues to train with many top level players around the world and is passionate about learning and sharing her unique style and knowledge.
Andrea has accomplished Freestyle and Toss and Fetch podium finishes every year since 2013 with multiple dogs in multiple organizations including 3 Freestyle World Championships with Moxie (retired) and so far, 5 Championship titles with Leap. She currently competes and travels the world teaching disc dog seminars and workshops and performing at festivals, sporting and private events.
She is also a co-founder of the fastest growing disc dog organization in the world, UpDog!
Friday – 01/21/2022 – 9 am to 5 pm
- One-hour privates – Up to two handlers – $100/hour.
- Half-hour privates – One handler only – $60/half-hour.
Saturday – 01/22/2022 – 9 am to 5 pm
- UpDog Game Skills
Sunday – 01/23/2022 – 9 am to 5 pm
- Freestyle Beginner/Intermediate
Working teams (limit 12)
- $200 Saturday and Sunday
- $140 Saturday only (available after 1/9 if working limit doesn’t fill)
Sunday’s Freestyle skills build on content covered on Saturday. It is highly recommended to work both days. If we don’t reach our working team limit by 1/9, we will take registrations for Saturday only.
Unlimited auditors
- $50 one day
- $75 two days
Format
- The seminar format supports up to 12 working spots and unlimited auditors with the intention of each working spot to have 2 one-on-one 8-10 minute sessions per day.
- Handlers are free to rotate dogs in their working sessions.
- 9 am – 5 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
- 50% fees due on registration, balance due Jan 9.
- 25% discount for junior handlers and BIPOC
