POLICY UPDATES

UPDATE 11/25/2023

  • Due to concerns about the canine respiratory illness that is spreading around the country QC is taking some precautions to keep our dogs safe and urges all building users to help keep the bacteria from using the building as an opportunity to spread.
  • We are periodically cleaning the indoor surfaces (turf and concrete) with kennel sol.
  • Please only use your own crates. If you want to use a building crate please spray it out when you leave. Spray bottles are found on the wall.
  • Please only use your personal buckets or dishes for your own dogs. If you need a dish, disposable ones are found by the front door or in the wall.
  • Please do not bring dogs to the building if they are coughing, sneezing, or have any respiratory symptoms. Wash your hands and try to avoid touching other’s dogs.

These policies and protocols apply to all rentals, classes, workshops, seminars, private and semi-private lessons.

Our protocols can be found listed below. If interested in scheduling, please email us with dates and times you are available along with a list of people who will attend and their contact information. There will also be a sign-in sheet on site that will need to be signed upon entering each time you arrive along with new waivers. The safety of our clients is very important to us and we want to make sure we take all the precautions necessary.

PROTOCOLS

  • We follow current CDC Guidelines as well as any federal, state, or local laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Quicksilver Canine fully supports any instructor, seminar provider, or event host that opts to require more restrictive policies for their events. In these instances, students/attendees will need to comply with the hosting entities policies.
  • If you or anyone in your household has a fever or respiratory symptoms, please stay home.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with these protocols.
